The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) II Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. The contract offers simple to complex IT service solutions such as: IT help desk support, information assurance, cyber-security, virtualization, IPV6, Web 2.0, and more. Features and benefits include:

-Directed task orders (up to $4 million)
-8(a) credit to the client agency
-Short procurement lead time
-Program ceiling: $10 billion
-Non-protestable (under $10 million) *
-8(a) STARS Constellation I and II GWAC in all functional areas, including:

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC)

SPARC is a ten-year multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that supports the acquisition of information technology (IT) services across all components of CMS. Additionally, SPARC is also available to all operational divisions of HHS.

C&T is a prime SPARC Small Business prime.
