Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC)

SPARC is a ten-year multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that supports the acquisition of information technology (IT) services across all components of CMS. Additionally, SPARC is also available to all operational divisions of HHS.

C&T is a prime SPARC Small Business prime.
